Experience Range: 2 to 8 yrs

Skill set required:

1. Well versed with Molecular Biology techniques such as PCR, Plasmid Isolation, RNA isolation ,Site directed Mutagenesis, Gene synthesis , c-DNA synthesis and Cloning techniques

2. Handling of Bioinformatics & Molecular Biology analysis tools like Sequencher, Vector NTi etc.

2. Western Blot Analysis

3. Ability to make buffers and adjust pH
