VACANCY FOR LM BIOASSAY:
Qualification & Experience :
M.S/M.Sc./M.Tech (Biology / Biochemistry/ Zoology) with 2-7
yrs industrial experience.
Key Skills : Cell culture, cell line
generation, reporter assay design and use, BIAcore (SPR), Octet.
Job Responsibilities:
1.
To be a lab-based scientist, delivering expertise in the area of biochemical
assay development; independently designing, developing and validating
biochemical assays
2. A
practical understanding of a wide range of biochemical assay methods and
technologies (for example fluorescence, luminescence, mass spectrometry and
biophysical techniques) as applied to a range of biological targets.
3.
Knowledge of SPR based analysis for design of experiments as well as
interpretation of work such as affinity, epitope binning.
4.
Working knowledge of Octet (desirable)
5.
Multi-color flow cytometry for antibody binding as well as affinity determination
using flow cytometry.
6.
Functional assay development (ADCC, CDC)
7.
Working knowledge of different types of recombinant antibodies such as bi
specific antibodies.
VACANCY FOR PROTEIN
EXPRESSION & PURIFICATION:
Qualification & Experience :
M.S/M.Sc./M.Tech (Biology /Biochemistry/ Biotechnology) with
2-7 yrs industrial experience.
Key Skills : Cell culture, protein
expression in transient and stable cell lines, E Coli, insect cell expression
system, Protein purification using AKTA and similar FPLC and protein analytics.
Job Responsibilities:
1.
Protein expression in mammalian/ Insect cells
2.
Stable cell line development
3.
Operation of bioreactors for mammalian cell culture
